Youth Basketball Tournament June 26, 2010 & June 27, 2010 Time: 1pm – 8pm CST
Location: Marist High
School - 4200 West 115th Street - Chicago, Illinois 60655 Check-in: 1 hour before game
time. All funds must be turned in to Crystal Taylor before the start of your team(s) first scheduled game (note: payment will
be allowed the same day of the tournament). Time (first game):
1:00 p.m. (sharp) Cost:
$125.00 for 2 days; 2 game’s minimum, but most teams will play more. - Please note that all funds must be paid with a money order or cashiers check.

Open Divisions: 10U/4th, 11U/5th, 12U/6th,
13U/7th, 14U/8th Admission for all spectators: $4 for adults, $2 for children 13 & younger Registration
